Shipping policy
At AymO Espresso, we currently ship orders from Toronto, Canada to customers across Canada and the United States.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or unexpected delays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
Canada: 3–10 business days
United States: 5–14 business days
Most orders are expected to arrive within 14 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier service, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship to most locations in Canada and the United States.
Some remote areas may require additional delivery time or may not be eligible for certain shipping services.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your selected shipping method.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped to the United States, AymO Espresso will cover applicable import duties and customs-related charges when available through our shipping method. Our goal is for customers to receive their order without unexpected duties or customs fees at delivery.
Please note that customs procedures may vary depending on the destination, carrier, shipping method, and local regulations. In rare cases, customs clearance may require additional information or cause delivery delays.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Aymo Espresso is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us.
We will help review the situation and assist with the carrier claim process where possible.
