Pneumatic 9-Bar Extraction
AymO uses controlled gas pressure to help reach espresso-style extraction pressure. The pressure regulator allows you to start, stop, and adjust extraction more precisely than typical manual portable brewers.

Standard 58mm Basket

CO₂ Cartridge or Air Pump 

CO₂ Cartridge or Air Pump Compatible
AYMO can be powered by either a CO₂ cartridge or a compatible air pump. For CO₂ use, we recommend standard 16g food-grade CO₂ cartridges with a 3/8"-24 TPI threaded connection. Due to shipping restrictions on pressurized containers, CO₂ cartridges are not included and need to be purchased separately.

You may also use a compatible air pump as an alternative pressure source. Always make sure your pressure source is suitable for safe beverage preparation and follow the user guide before brewing.

Safety Notes

Use only compatible threaded 16g food-grade CO₂ cartridges. Always release pressure before disassembling the brewer. Do not point the device toward yourself or others while pressurized. Use caution when handling hot water and heated metal parts. Keep out of reach of children.
